It’s of course annoying if you have a complaint about our services. We kindly ask you to submit your complaint via email or use the form on this page. We will of course do our best to resolve the complaint to everyone’s satisfaction.

You will receive confirmation when we have received your complaint.

We will handle your complaint within two weeks. You will receive notification should we require more time.
